AMPLEFORTH COLLEGE, SUNDAY, JULY 12 |
| Thirty young people from the parish youth club attended the event which started at noon with a youth Mass concelebrated by Frs. Paul Farrah (main celebrant), John Bain and Stephen Maughan. After the Mass the young people were free to take part in the afternoons activities, swimming, football, tennis; and of course everybody enjoyed the barbecue. A team from St. Andrew's made it to the semi-finals of a 5-a-side tournament but couldn't get to the final. The day ended with a disco and a great time was had by all. |
